THE DOOR THAT STANDS HEAD AND SHOULDERS OVER THE REST
When it comes performance and kerb appeal, composite doors outpace the competition at every turn. They are stronger, longer lasting, better at insulating your home against heat loss and better at cutting outside noise down to a minimum.

But composite doors really come into their own when it comes to appearance. Their woodgrain finish means they have the look of traditional timber doors, and yet their durability, strength and ease of use are top of the range.
What about security?
Most people who choose a composite door care about security. Not only do the doors come with robust, multi-point locks that are resistant to snapping and bumping, but their resilient frame makes them an absolute powerhouse when it comes to resisting attack of any description.

WHAT’S IN A COMPOSITE DOOR?
Unlike uPVC doors, which are made from a single material, composite doors are built up, layer on layer, with a variety of materials.
First, you have the core, which can either be solid timber or a 100% CFC-free polyurethane foam core. Next comes the internal frame, which is made from a steel-reinforced uPVC profile. The external skin is a 2mm layer of GRP (fibreglass) moulded to a woodgrain finish. And then you have a rich choice of colours, guaranteed not to fade, combined with glazing, hardware and locking options.
The benefits of composite doors:
They look great, with tonnes of colour and glazing options
Hardwearing yet low in maintenance
Weatherproof, waterproof and excellent insulators
Tough, resilient and secure
